Best Breakfast Ever:

- 1/4 cup lowfat cottage cheese with roasted sunflower seeds

- Breakfast pita sandwich:

  • Half wheat pita
  • 1 scrambled egg with milk, salt & pepper
  • Tablespoon of fresh-made salsa
  • 1 thin slice of turkey

- Sips of pomegranate & citrus smoothie

- Green tea
