Definitely have this problem where I cook something and eat it really fast before taking a photograph. Breakfast for dinner:
1 egg, whisked + salt + pepper + garlic salt
Bit of red onion, green & orange bell pepper, tomato, fresh parsley & scallions
Spray pan with olive oil cooking spray, saute veggies and pour egg mixture on top.
At this point you should cover and let cook for a few minutes until egg sets, but I got really confused for some reason and tried to flip it. Bad idea. Ended up a scramble but it was good anyway. Pair with some cottage cheese.
